POTTY TRAINING

So yesterday we're just hanging out at home and lexi comes up to me and starts saying "go potty? go potty?" so we took her to the potty. she was a litttle scared cuz we dont have one of those training potty seat things so i think she was scared she would fall in or something. she didn't go, which wasnt a bad thing, but i was just surprised she came up to me and asked me. she did that 2 more times yesterday so i think we're going to start trying to potty training her. if anyone has any good tip or tricks on potty training little girls please let me know.

I have no advice, ideas, suggestions....nothing. Potty training is seriously one of the most random, frustrating, exciting, drive-you-crazy things that I have ever had to deal with. My BEST advice...follow her lead, don't push it if she isn't ready, back off if she is having trouble. My kids "got it" after I relaxed and let them take the lead a little. Goodluck...wishing you lot of dry panties!!

Patience, patience, patience! But it's so great to not have the expense of diapers! It's a hard road and definitely something that we don't look forward to at our house. But the end result is great!
